Shipping & Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for exchange or credit, your product must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, you must return your item in the same unused and unworn condition (all purchased merchendise should be returned with tags attached and inside of clear poly bag - we cannot except a return if tags have been removed) in which it was received.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping and your store credit will be issued less shipping cost, as the cost of shipping is non-refundable. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
The items need to be in their original condition and with all their labels attached.
You must make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase.
Once we receive and review your return, we will work to issue your store credit for the purchase amount. Your store credit will be sent/issued via the same email address used to make your purchase.
If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to the US only. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
