Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from MADE For Us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@madeforus.net so we can review the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

The quickest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
